Police seize vehicle in city

 SHILLONG: A car was seized from its owner’s house at Bhagyakul, Laitumkhrah after the driver of the vehicle (ML05 G 1477) changed the wheel which was clamped by the traffic police for illegal parking on Tuesday. Adding to the trouble, a case of theft of clamp is being filed by the police against the driver. According to police, the driver replaced the clamped wheel with a new one and escaped from the scene.
