One driver of a truck (ML05 G 5060) Challenger Lyngkhoi of Mawjakhsaw of West Khasi Hills and handyman Don B Chettri of Bara Bazaar were arrested for plying through a one way at Quinton Road at PB on Saturday at around 10.30pm. The truck was seized and a Non FIR case was filed.
