SHILLONG: Suspended UDP legislator Ardent Basaiawmoit has approached the HSPDP expressing his desire to join the party, Hopingstone Lyngdoh informed reporters on Monday.
Lyngdoh, however, stated that since Basaiawmoit still continues to be a UDP legislator, it will take some more time for the HSPDP to admit him into its fold.
