Meghalaya Peoples Human Rights Council will be celebrating the International Human Rights Day at Khasi national Dorbar Hall Mawkhar from 1pm onwards with the Official Release of the Khasi Text of Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 and for which Khasi Language has been full recognized by the United Nations as one of the world languages. Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly Charles Pyngrope will be the chief guest on the occasion.
