Body recovered
On December 9, the body of one Baun Baje (40), with head injuries was recovered from a stream at Ladrymbai, East Jaintia Hills.
The deceased was reported missing from a coal quarry at Lasper, Ladrymbai East Jaintia Hills since December 5.
Theft
On December 8, some unknown miscreants stole a laptop from Ram Krishna Mission Shillong.
Fake documents
One N Hajong, MCS, Assistant Electoral Registration Officer of East Khasi Hills, lodged a complaint at the Shillong Sadar Police Station, that one Basudev Koch submitted fake documents while applying for an EPIC.
