Mawryngkneng Church completes 100 years

Archbishop Dominic Jala offers mass at the Centenary of the Mawryngkneng Church which celebrated the completion of 100 years on Sunday. The first person to be baptised by a Jesuit priest, Fr J Van Lamberghe in 1913 was Angelius Marboh. A huge congregation of at least 3000 people attended the Centenary Mass. (ST)
