Seminar held on occupational safety and health

Shillong: The Meghalaya Building and other Construction Workers welfare Board (MBOCWW) in collaboration with the regional labour institute, government of India held a one day seminar on occupational safety and health awareness for construction industry on Wednesday at the conference hall of Raitong Building with an aim to create awareness among the workers regarding health and construction industry.

Chairman of the MBOCWW, MS Rao who is also the principal secretary incharge of labour department was the chief guest on the occasion.
