Semmi Singh (19/M) sustained injuries after he fell off his motorbike when it skidded near the Punjabi Line at Iewduh on February 25 at 8:53 PM. He was later shifted to the Shillong Civil Hospital.
Two motorists, one riding a scooter, other a motorbike, sustained injuries, when they collided with each other at 19th Mile, Byrnihat in Ri Bhoi District. The incident happened on February 24 at 6:39 PM. The injured, Niky Manar (20years/make) and Naton Choudhary, were shifted to Byrnihat PHC.
In a hit and run case, a motorist sustained injuries on falling off from the motorbike after it was hit by another vehicle at Mawlai Nongkwar on February 24 at 8:59 AM. The injured Alvin Majaw (28years/male) was shifted to the Shillong Civil Hospital.
A Mahindra Jeep heading towards Nongkhyllem from Nartiang drove off the road on a turning and hit a wall on the side of the road at Nongthyllep under Thadlaskein Block, West Jaintia Hills on February 23 at 2:07 PM. The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based at Nartiang helped in shifting Bolm Phawa (21/M), Sawki Phawa (36/M) and Lakhan Lahuit (28/M) to Nartiang CHC.
