On March 1, the body of an unknown female (30-35) with dark complexion and about 5 ft tall with black hair, wearing a light green colour salwar kameez, grey colour sweater with red border, black thread on her neck and ear caps was found lying near District Jail, Jail Road and the body has been shifted to SCH and all necessary formalities has been conducted. The body has been forwarded to SDMHO civil hospital. The body is kept at Civil Hospital Shillong Morgue room for identification.
