SHILLONG: The Deputy Registrar (Security), NEHU on Tuesday lodged a police complaint that unidentified miscreants prevented one Rohit Kumar from appearing for an interview for the Post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Cultural and Creative Studies, NEHU Shillong. Sources said that this was the first time that a candidate was stopped from appearing an interview in the University.
