SHILLONG: A workshop-cum-health awareness programme on “Cervical cancer and breast cancer” was organized by the Frontier BSF Meghalaya, Composite Hospital BSF, Shillong, under the aegis of BWWA (BSF Wives Welfare Association) in Shillong on Wednesday.

A lecture, on cervical cancer and breast cancer related ailments and its preventions, was delivered by Dr Shailinia Syiem, Gynecologist, Composite Hospital BSF Shillong.

Around 100 families of officers, SO’s and other ranks of various BSF establishments attended the lecture.
