Governor RS Mooshahary presents the Police medal to Mary Hargunal of the Assam Rifles during the Investiture Ceremony of the Force on the occasion of its 178th Anniversary, at Raj Bhavan in the city on Friday. The Governor presented medals to twenty-seven Assam Rifles personnel. (ST)
