Iaraplang Dkhar, wife of HCT Sumer and lecturer of Thomas Jones Synod College, Jowai has been conferred with the PH.D for her thesis “Education of Girls in Jaintia Hills district of Meghalaya”. Prof A Henia was her supervisor for the thesis.
