In aid of the victims of the cyclone which hit Porla and the surrounding villages in West Khasi Hills on April 10, a contribution was made by the staff members of GVK EMRI – Meghalaya operation. The relief items consisted of clothes, blankets, bed sheets, pillow covers, cups and coffee sets, food items, shoes, crockery and kitchen utensils.
