SHILLONG: In yet another case of crime against minors, a 13-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and raped by one Montesh Sangma at his residence at Gabil Koksi village in East Garo Hills.
In a delayed report filed by one Hekinson Sangma and others, the complainants stated that the accused had kidnapped the minor girl from Nangberam village in East Garo Hills on January 24 and had taken her to his residence at Gabil Koksi village where he raped her.
