MLA’s re-election hailed
The Laban Dorbar Shnong has congratulated Sanbor Shullai for being re-elected as the MLA from the South Shillong constituency.
Office bearers elected
The General Secretary of Delhi A’chik Youth Association (D.A.Y.A) has informed that 2013 annual elections for the organization based in Delhi was held recently and The names of the newly executive members for various post are Nanang Ch. Sangma as president, Ravi Marak as vice president besides other members. It may be mentioned that D.A.Y.A has been successfully helping the students who come from all parts of Garo Hills and other people in general, to Delhi and NCR for the purpose of admission and other works in various ways, right from admissions to finding a safe place to live.
Felicitation
The College of Teacher Education (PGT) will organise a felicitation function for the batch 2012 on May 4 at 11 am at the college premises. Chief Secretary WMS Pariat will be the chief guest. PGT has urged all the students of batch 2012 to attend the function.
