He was a member of the State basketball team that took part in the East Zone Basketball championship in Cuttack in 1982.

Not only as a player, Lyndem had been the head coach of the State basketball team at a number of national championships.

Maheh was also a member of the Meghalaya Basketball Association (MBA) for some time.
