SHILLONG: On May 17 at about 7:30 pm, one Highland Khongrymmai (27) stabbed Rowis War (52) with a sharp weapon at Wahlong village (EKH). The victim sustained injuries and was moved to CHC, Sohra, where he succumbed to his injuries. Police arrested the accused.
