Narendra Bahadur Chettry, son of (L) SB Chettry and (L) Neem Kumari Chettry and resident of Donoon Compound, Oxford Hills in Kench’s Trace has been awarded doctor of Philosophy (PHd) in philosophy by NEHU. He worked on the topic ‘Exploring non-violence in contemporary Indian context: A philosophical critique’ under the supervision of Dr Prasenjit Biswas during the course of his research.
