Itanagar: One person was arrested in the capital complex and about 14 gm of suspected brown sugar was seized from his possession, police said on Sunday.

The use of brown sugar had already been reported from Tirap, Changlang and Lohit districts bordering the Golden Triangle. The arrested person was identified as Oyar Panor. His car, used for delivering the psychotropic substance was confiscated by the police.
