MPCC condemns maoist attack

 SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has condemned the dastardly attack on a convoy of Congress leaders by heavily armed Maoists on May 25 at Jagdalpur District in Chhattisgarh killing 27 people, including senior Congress leaders, Mahendra Karma, and Uday Mudaliar and injuring several persons including senior party leader VC Shukla when they were returning from a Parivantan Rally. The MPCC also condemned the cowardly killing of Chhattisgarh PCC Chief Nand Kumar Patel, and his son Dinesh Patel who were kidnapped from the convoy and whose bodies was found on Sunday morning in a forest in Bastar District.
