SHILLONG: The Hynniew Trep Achik National Movement (HANM) East Khasi Hills has threatened to launch agitational programmes if the Government failed to solve the vexed border dispute.

Expressing disappointment over the nonchalant attitude of the State government in solving this issue, the HANM has decided pressurize the Government through protests and various agitational activities.

“We are tired of submitting memorandums to the Chief Minister, the chief secretary and the Home Minister from time to time without receiving any positive response”, HANM president GK Rawswai said adding that the union will be forced to resort to its own method to get the job done.
