SHILLONG: The joint meeting of the co-ordination committee of HSPDP and GNC was held here on Wednesday to discuss the long pending demand for separate Khasi and Garo states.
During the meeting, leaders from both the parties gave their suggestions on ways and means to speed up the creation of separate states for the Khasis and Garos.
