SHILLONG: St Anthony’s College Past Pupil Association (SACPPA) will be holding its first general meeting at the school premises on June 15 at 10 am.

“We are going to form this past pupil’s body to reunite the former students of the school.

“We have formed an Adhoc body to facilitate the formation of the past pupils body which has not there ever since the school was formed in 1901,” SACPPA Adhoc president K Prithviraj told reporters in the city on Wednesday.

According to him, the basic objective of this body is to create a link of the past pupils even as they would make an attempt to provide assistance to those past pupils who are really in need of help.

Stating that they would also like to help the youth through various youth empowerment programme, he said that this body would also take steps to uplift the underprivileged.

Meanwhile, he said that the past pupils can enroll themselves by availing the forms from the school office and paying Rs 100 as enrollment fees.
