SHILLONG: One S.D. Sangma, a District School Education Officer lodged a complaint at Tura Police Station that on May 17 two unidentified miscreants demanded Rs. 30,000 from Chamang Keneth A. Sangma, Headmaster of Wadanang LP School. Police are investigating into the case.
