SHILLONG: AICC general secretary in charge Meghalaya, Mukul Wasnik, and his deputy Sanjay Bapna will hold a meeting with the State Congress functionaries on Thursday to prepare the party for the upcoming district council and Lok Sabha polls.
A party source said that the meeting is scheduled on Thursday evening which will also be attended by MPCC chief DD Lapang, Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma, Congress legislators and MDCs and other party functionaries.
The meeting is expected to form several committees to prepare for the elections.
