Shillong : Flouting all traffic norms laid down to ease congestion in the city, a tourist vehicle crossed the demarcated ‘no-parking’ zone restricting the smooth flow of traffic and causing inconvenience to commuters near the Laban Sani Mandir on Saturday evening. (ST)
