SHILLONG: Ajit Kakoty, a former demonstrator of Zoology department, St. Anthony’s College, passed away in Guwahati on June 16. He was 72.
Meanwhile, Assam Club, of which Kakoty is a member, in an emergency meeting held on the club premises, condoled the death of Kakoty.
He was also associated with various social organisations including Shillong Central Rongali Bihu Committee.
