Competition
Metallica-Sargam Sports and Cultural Club will be organising an inter-school recitation and painting competition on July here in Shillong. All prominent schools of Shillong will participate in the competition. There would also be a spot entry during the competition.
Meeting
The extra ordinary GB meeting of the Central Puja Committee (CPC) will be held on June 23 at 11am at the premises of Shree Shree Jagannath Mandir, Thana Road to discuss over the recent Uttrakhand flood devastation and damage of one of the Hindu Holiest Tenpiest, Kedarnath and other temples. The meeting will also take a decision on extending support to rebuild the damaged temples and the affected people of the area.
