JOWAI: The Jaintia Hills Trucks Owners’ Association under the leadership of Helping Phawa has set the deadline of July 1 to all cement plants operational in East Jaintia Hills District to disallow all non-local trucks from transporting and dispatching cement from cement plants to various parts of Khasi Jaintia Hills and Garo Hills.
