SHILLONG: The State Cabinet has approved renaming the post of deficit college lecturer as assistant professor and associate professor.
Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma on Friday informed that the proposal was submitted by the Education department and the nomenclature has been changed as per UGC guidelines.
