SHILLONG: Teilang Kharumnuid scored twice in the first half to ensure full points for his team Nongkrem against a 10-men Umpling in Wednesday’s First Division match at the JN Stadium here. Teilang, the star of the day, scored in the 21st and 38th minutes of play.
