Complaint
The Lyngngam Indigenous Federation has shot off a letter to the Director of Sericulture and Weaving Department complaining about the non functional Sericulture and Weaving Department at Riangkhain village, West Khasi Hills. The federation stated that the department has been non functional for the last twenty years and even the existing building is completely damaged.
