The irony is that the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, in a press release dated July 11 has strictly prohibited dumping of constructionmaterials by any private parties in and within Police Bazar area and may be confinedonly within compound or premises of owner of concerned building.Will MUDA practise what the authority preaches?
