lOn July 11 around 2 am, Kordingstar Kharwar (28) assaulted Cavareen Gean L War, her parents, and damaged her mobile phone at Umpling Lumdiengmet, Shillong.
Theft
lOn July 10 around 2 am, unknown miscreants stole one truck (ML-04B-1540) belonging to Emil Kyndait from Ladrymbai (EJH).
lOn July 10 around 1:30 pm, unknown miscreants stole a mobile-phone valued around Rs. 57,000 only, belonging to Marle Pala from his vehicle (ML-05G-7555) parked at Jacob’s Ladder Laitumkhrah, Shillong.
lOn July 9, unknown miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-08C-3349) belonging to Moyzal Hoque from Bangalkata under Phulbari PS (WGH). Matter is under enquiry.
Arrest
Ceedorish Nongsiej lodged a complaint that on July 2 around 9 pm, one Kamal Thapa (35) kidnapped her minor niece, Sinobia Nongsiej (13) from Umpling Dongshaneng, Shillong. Police arrested the accused.
