Arrest
Ceedorish Nongsiej lodged a complaint that on July 2 around 9 pm, one Kamal Thapa (35) kidnapped her minor niece, Sinobia Nongsiej (13) from Umpling Dongshaneng, Shillong. Police arrested the accused.
