Trader abducted

 SHILLONG: Suspected GNLA militants abducted a non-tribal cashew and cloth merchant Vijay Bihar from Rimrangpara, Dalu on Saturday afternoon. It was learnt that the Tura-based trader was abducted from the market by five militants brandishing small weapons.

A massive search operation is on to rescue him, police said on Sunday.
