Foundation stone
Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma will lay the foundation stone of the Centre for Application for Adaption to Climate Change on Friday (July 26) at 11 am at the Trout Farm premises, Cleve Colony, Shillong.

Unclaimed body
Police on Sunday recovered the body of a female infant from the Wahumkhrah river near the Mawlai Bridge. The body has been kept at the Shillong Civil Hospital Morgue.
One Lula Thapa, resident of Bara Bazar was found lying near Bimola point and was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital where he expired. His body has been kept at the morgue.
