Absence of Education Dept officers annoys CM

 SHILLONG: Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma took a strong exception after seeing that none of the officers from the Education department attended the two day International Seminar on ‘Attracting Best Talents in Basic Science’, to mark the Golden Jubilee of Teaching Science in Shillong College on Wednesday.

Dr Sangma who was the Chief Guest at the inaugural function of the two day seminar expressed his strong disappointment to see that not even a single officer attended the function.

“I was expecting to see many of my officers attending this very important function,” Chief Minister said.
