Theft case
Police arrested four persons including Kondit Sumer, Abdul Asif and two minor boys in connection with a theft case registered at Amlarem PS. Police also recovered 113 pieces of broken pipes from the possession of the apprehended persons.
Extortion
On July 23, one Khraw Kupar Warjri (30) was arrested in connection with an extortion case registered by Umiam Police.
