Aizawl: Mizoram Home Minister R Lalzirliana on Sunday said the talks between the state government and the Manipur-based Hmar People’s Convention (Democrats) would be resumed in August. Lalzirliana told PTI the state government delegation would led by a joint secretary but by a person with higher position. (PTI)
