The BJP State President has nominated 13 executive members from South West Garo Hills, East Garo Hills, North Garo Hills, West Khasi Hill, East Khasi Hills, Ri Bhoi and South West Khasi Hills. The newly appointed members include Sushil Koch, Poline C Marak, Bestone N Marak, Smti. Presilin Marak, Nipeng Sangma, Silseng Marak, Denestar Pariong, Kronly K Bani, Peter Thyrniang, Wanshuwa Nongtdu, SR Syngkli, Gabrielle Shadap and Michael Myrthong.
Silver jubilee
Nongtalang College of War Jaintia Area will organize the Silver Jubilee celebration with the opening ceremony scheduled on August 2.
