 SHILLONG: Two senior MCS officers have been nominated to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), a delayed report said.

Two MCS officers are Meghalaya State Lottery director Ripnar Lyngdoh and newly appointed East Jaintia Hills Deputy Commissioner WK Lyngdoh, official sources said on Saturday adding the nomination was done in June this year.

The two officers belong to the 1987 batch.
