JOWAI: West Jaintia Hills police on Monday night arrested a person — Drasing Shylla of IongnohnVillage in West Jaintia Hills -for allegedly rapping a mentally retarded minor girl at Barato village. The accused has been absconding since the time the victim’sl relatives lodged a complaint.
