Other initiatives of the Association include encouraging fair trade and a call to stop monopoly and third party involvement in the supply of goods to the market.

The Association wanted the women above 18 years to become its member by taking up responsibilities in social reformation works, and by playing a vital role in academic, cultural and economic activities of the society while understanding the traditional values of the matrilineal society. The Association assured to assist the Government in implementing orders such as restriction on the roadside vendors, selling of liquor to minors etc.
