New Delhi: Meghalaya Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma will attend an international conference on horticultutre in Germany.
Dr Sangma accompanied by Principal Secretary and top officials of Horticuture department posted in Shillong, Jowai and Tura is arriving here on Tuesday. The delegation will leave for Hannover next day.
