SHILLONG: A tree fell on an 11 KV transmission line near the Sonapani mini-hydel project leading to disruption in power supply in Jhalupara, Mawbah and other adjoining areas since 9 pm on Thursday. When contacted, MeECL officials said the fault can be repaired only on Friday morning due to lack of manpower.
