SHILLONG: The Greater Laban Community Development Society has urged the Director, Urban Affairs BK Panda to examine whether several schemes worth over Rs 1 crore were implemented by the Implementation committee of Mawprem Constituency.
In a letter addressed to Panda, the Society also alleged that though 50% advance for several schemes was drawn since the year 2005-06, the fate of the works is still not known as utilization certificates are yet to be submitted.
