SHILLONG: The City Police on Tuesday located the vehicle (ML04 1290, Tata Mobile) which had escaped the clamp placed on its wheels by damaging it at Laitumkhrah near Nazareth Hospital on August 9 at around 10.30 am.
The vehicle was recovered from Saitsama, West Jaintia Hills on Tuesday along with the driver, kromlin Rymbai (31).
The driver has been summoned by the police for questioning while the said vehicles has been seized.
