SHILLONG: Aiming to groom youngsters in the field of table tennis, the Nongthymmai Sports and Cultural Club will open a Table Tennis Academy at the Indoor Stadium of the club and invites participants to join.

The club welcomes boys and girls between the ages of six and 14, besides others, who are interested in the sport.

Last year, the club organised a talent hunt in collaboration with the District Sports Officer, East Khasi Hills in the discipline for minors below the age of 12.
